bree, 03 Jan 2015Mine is too! Idk what the heck happened but its a pain. Mines too. It's just been repaired by htc and got it back 3 days ago and it's happened again.

This phone has been terrific, and I am so pleased with it. Pls note: I am a basic user, and have learnt many things for downloading, etc, suits me to a tee!

Before I do the HTC update, the battery works quite decent. After I do the update, the battery drain very fast. In 2 hours, the battery is 25% lower. Any solution ? It is a new phone just 2 days old. The spec spelled a good battery life but actual it is very bad. My 2 years old samsung S2, the battery can last me a good 24 hours.

Hi do u know when u get an exchange on a phone do they give you a new phone because my first phone I had to put the words into the dictionary and this one I haven't so Ive been wondering is it second hand
