Does anyone know why my HTC desire 620 won't send messages and it's not my sim card I've had it in a Sony Xperia and it works fine and also it won't download apps

Dear All please help me from last two days,my mobile phone automatically download application from play store while switching the data connection ,A flash came on my mobile screen loading Launcher AND NOTHING WORKS,I have already restore my mobile phone and memory card too still i am facing the problem

this is only phone in the world which i like i want to say that do not waste the money .............
you can buy this if you need 16GB then you buy the htc desire 826g it is on you so it is on you which phone you have to but i repel you on htc desire 620g or htc desire 626

I've been having some issues with the phone. Other than the lack of gyro it's processing power and rendering of graphics are less than satisfactory which makes it difficult to play games since it freezes and drops in fps.
My other problem with it is that the default storage for installing apps is it's built in 8 gb internal storage and while you can move some of the files to an external storage you won't be able to fit a lot of large apps.
Other than that it has a great camera and display so if you only want to use it for videos and the other basic smartphone usages it'll work fine

instead of buying this worst phone i would like to suggest to buy a cheap china piece,, it will b 1000 times better then dis htc brand. all smart phone which i hv seen n used wrks proprly n gets hang some times,, but dis htc model hangs properly n perfectly n only depends on luck wrks some times.

this phone is AWFUL. TERRIBLE. So annoying and irritating. It is the worst touch screen of any device I have ever used. Impossible to type accurately - constantly hit wrong keys but at same time horribly slow. Many silly frustrating design flaws. The volume button is exactly where it gets pressed accidentally so ringer gets switched off. not possible to send message from call history. Weird email folders that refuse to update and mix sent and inbox. Awful awful awful awful handset,.
