It's 2nd time that white lines are appearing on my screen.1st time white lines appeared then whole screen got white nothing was visible.I got my screen changed for rs4000 at service centre.Now again it's happening that lines are appearing and screen disappears sometimes.price of phone is now 9000rs but I bought for 14000 in 2015 Feb.and paid 4000 for replacing screen.Again it is requiring rs4000 for screen.It means I have paid 22000 for a 9000rs mobile.I don't understand that what SH#T has HTC used to make screen of this mobile phone.Thank u have a nice day.

Never buy HTC Phone.
They have worst service which i have seen.
I am comparing with Lumia , Motorola and Dell Service.
Very rude behavior of service center. No resolution of problem.

This phone might have been a bomb in its days (i.e. 2014 - 15), but now it doesn't even get the Android 5.0 Lollipop upgrade. Its a good phone if all you want is a call, message, WhatsApp kind of phone, but 1 GB RAM is annoying. Battery life sucks, to be honest. I bought this handset and i regret it. Please buy ANYTHING apart from this.

I am using HTC 620DS form last one year. It was working fine. But form yesterday some line shades are coming on screen.

Make sure you backup your external sd card and then grant. Root permission to those apps in Kingroot app. Then open AParted app or Apps2SD partition tool then choose your requirements by fat32 and ext4 then create.. After creating this by Apps2SD link apps to sd tool just link.. Then you can install what you want like Aspalt8 game. You can play most of the big game. Do your own risk.

I have also faced same problem, now the problem was solved. This problem comes not only in HTC but in all phones
