I was very interested to buy htc phone...& bought new htc620g mobile from chroma used almost 10 now...& I regret my self why did I go for htc......
The phone have gets hanged often, gets rebooted itself, sometimes when I get call, call info doesn't display it just rings & vibrates, though I select storage as memory card files doesn't store in memory card have to do manually......
Believe me or not more than a product their service is very worst, aggressive attitude....I'm from Bangalore you u for the entire Karnataka state their is only one service center.... feel so petty on this cheapest brand .... mi,micromox, huawie company are much improved & better .
When they take phone for repair they say 7to10 they will resolve but trust u should forget for 2 to 3 months ....

this phone is a piece of junk from HTC developers its multi touching is malfunctioning ,contacts crashing, application crashes moreover the audio quality is the worst factor in it.

hi, this phone is very good to use comparing with other phones htc has given the good mid range phone.

Have been using it for almost tow years , no probs yet..
Hasn't even freezed till date.. Just the segregation of internal mem n external mem is a headache..
On the whole its a bargain in its price range..

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!
on paper this may look a good phone but its worst. Best Alternatives: Galaxy J5/J7; Zenfone 2 ZE550ML
The screen is really poor. The xxl bezels on top n bottom makes the phone look n feel horrible. Soon got into a wifi issue: wont connect to any previously known wifi networks. The UI is BAD, not like htc ones' extremely bad blend of stock n sense. only the bottom grill has a single speaker which isnt tht loud. kitkat. compared to other offerings this is a complete FAIL

This phone has a problem of screen that after 6 months its display starts to has linings and misbehaves always.service centre told me that this phone has a manufacturing defect of display so i have to wait for one month...... plz dont buy this phone
