I have been using this phone for a little over a year and all of a sudden there is problem with the display of this phone such as: random screen flickering, display fading to white, display turning black with some vertical white lines when trying to unlock screen etc.

THE Ironman, 05 Aug 2016Why do we get only 4.38gb out of 8gb,and will we ever get a... morehEllo Iron man, In all smartphones the complete may not be availed..As the operating system uses the space or can be said as reserved space..So in all 8GB inbuild memory phones we can use only 4.38 and that too should not be used completely..atleast u shud give 100mb for app processing...2. Android is not upgradable tried so many times but all u can go with manual installation kinda rooting..But its not recomended if ur product is under warranty..

- Press and Hold Power+Volume down key until you see a menu where you can navigate to “Recovery mode” and enter with Power button.
Hope it might help.
However same scenario has happened with my Asus Zenfone and unfortunately in my case motherboard was gone.

I have a 16gb sd card chipped in my HTC desire 620g. I have Activated the option of "default write disk" as " sd card" but still all the files such as media files are getting saved in phone memory.
. For example all media files from whatsapp is getting saved in phone memory instead of sd card.
How can I change this?

I bought this phone from Emax store Dubai ,now black & white lines are dancing on screen .
I Will not recommend 620 g phone.I lost 15000 rupees.

Every thing is perfect...only the dot view app error.
can't update dot view app ftom google playstore ..and cant lift the call by dot view case...plz bring update to dot app..
It says ur device is incompetable

This phone is nice , but I love games but internal memory is only 4 GB for applications & games , 4 GB for gallery total 8 gb . Now I want to change smartphone ,maybe I will buy Smasung J7 because internal memory is 16GB and also I used 2 weeks but I Love HTC Phones .
