Nexus 5's battery life is average, the loudspeaker is not loud enough (for music atleast) and lacks expandable storage. If these are not important factors for you then nexus 5 has a better chipset, has a higher resolution (but smaller) screen, and gets fast updates from google.

Price of this phone in china is 1999 yuan (INR 19990 approx), so most probably this phone should not cost more than INR 25500 in india, as the 820's predecessor, the 816 was launched in china for a price equivalent to INR 18600 and the 816 came to india for INR 23990. The difference between the indian and chinese prices for both phones should be similar.
