i had htc 820 dual since march 2015.Just updated with lolipop5.0 last week.Superb........Thanks hTC.I am Big Fan of hTC phones. No comparisons at all.look,richness,less built in loads....#1.

My new htc desire 820 is not getting good battery backup can any one help or should i change my mobile with the seller. In stand by mode it is not working more than one day.

Due to network faliure my update failed at first attempt after that i tried toa download the update many times but i got the response that the downloaded system software is corrupted.. i am getting the same response again and again after downloading the update.. what do i need to do now? Can anybody help?

after upgrading (kitkat to lollipop) my cell phone htc desire 820, phone is not working ..i am facing many problems like
taking too much time to restart
battery is getting down very quickly
heating problem
hang issues

I don't like the issue that HTC 820 doesn't have screen shot.

Hi. I am from Romania and I updated my phone today to Lollipop 5.02. After the update everything works fine, except the headphones aren't recognised anymore. Somebody with same problem ?
