Htc brand mobile it's so pathetic, request to people don't buy it, I had purchased HTC 820 dual, its mother board got failure after 1 yr and 2 month and when I reached service centre he demand 15k for you can buy any other brand but please not HTC. You took any model any range, you will get bad result. Htc it's so pathetic and poor brand.

it is very bad phone my phone is dead within 1.5 year i was face many problame like battry problame ,phone is over heating etc .......

My phone two years old all of sudden went blank and not turned on then plugged in to charger and tried yes it worked this happened because of weak battery. So I replaced the new battery and now works well. some service center may cheat to earn money I mailed up HTC person regarding this issue and they guided me by giving this suggestion.

This phone really good in use i love this phone but there are some issue that HTC have to fix like overheating on internet use, sec one is there should be rapid charging system becs it is so slow to charge it takes full n8 to fully charge hope HTC must consider these issue

Don't ever use this phone or any other HTC phones. I used this phone last 1 and half years, there was heating issues with the phone. Even last month the phone suddenly switched off and on pressing the power switch, the phone didnt switch on. On taking to the service centre they told there was motherboard problem and the repair cost is Rs 10,000. At this price you would get a new phone and the service centre executives are rude of HTC. The phone never fell from my hand , no rough use of the phone and I used only one sim always even though it was a dual sim phone. Never watched more monies on the phone , always took extra care but no use its better to buy a cheap Chinese phone rather than HTC.

I am also using this phone for the last two years. Main draw back is overheating while charging and draining of battery is very fast

Battery drains in like 4 to 5 hours.

Good phone. recently updated it to Marshmallow.
