i had purchase htc desire 820 one month back and in months time it suddenly stopped working. I went to service station and submitted the same. After 15 days i had received the same. Thane Service centre not even bothered to informed me about readiness of product. and it is very shocking that they even refused to informed me about the type of repaired done by them. Product belongs to me , i paid Rs 24500 for the same, and within one month problem arises in the handset , and i have full rights to know about the problem. as i had not received any support co-operations from HTC , i wont be recommending it to anyone

Good phone. No hanging, no laging good performance it's my 9th month review. Today I received 70mb update software version changed(not a os update) I don't know this update useful or not.Any body know about this update.

It's a very good mobile. I am using from 3rd Jan, 2015. Never face any problem. Due to maximum use, I face only problem with battery, so I purchased one power bank and problem solved.

I have purchased this phone from BLR, INDIA arounf 1st week of Jan 2015. The phone was not booting since Arpil and I have given for service in Kochi in June. I have received the phone back in July after repair and after two days same problem,
The reason unknown!!!

Hi folks,
I'm using this mobile for past four months and I am really satisfied with the mobile till now no hang on heavy usage and battery stand almost a day on regular usage.one common problem is, it heat up on online games. other than that really cool phone.

the htc phone writes network error and the tag comes and go frequently.then is it dual sim or single sim becaus ut looks prety much like a single sim with a non-functional sim slot.
