My HTC dual sim screen turned yellowish within 3-4 mths with tender loving care.
They refused to service the faulty screen and dismissed it by saying water damage n still charge me for evaluation fee! What more, the service guy told me to go get a new phone. Outrageous!

Loudy product and lousy after sales service. Do not recommend it to anyone.
I bought a HTC Desire 820 dual sim, treated it with tender loving care. To my disappointment, the screen turned yellowish within 3 to 4 mths. When returned for warrantee service, they simply dismissed it by saying that it was due to water damage. The phone was never dropped into nor immersed into any luquid, where did the water come from?
They returned me the phone with problem not rectify and still charged us evaluation fee!!
This is outrageous!
What more, the service guy even told me to go get a new phone.
I will never buy any products from HTC again! Waste money and time. One time business.

I am using airtel in my htc 820. The problem is mobile data turns on automatically. I have also disabled cell broadcast.

Is anyone else facing the annoying flash sms problem with airtel. I keep getting these annoying one line flash messages stating my current location and other crap offers. When I put my sim in oneplus one these sms didn't come. Also my no is registered in complete dnd. How to fix this annoying problem?

For the heating problems try this.
In the Power saver menu, uncheck all the options except the CPU power(Conserve CPU usage).
4. Then go to Quick setting and toggle the Saver. (Don’t toggle the EXT Saver, they both are different things.
