I just need to know the quality of the plastic which they are using. Can any one assure that they are using a good quality plastic for the body ? can any one help me on this?

iam using this htc desire 820 dual sim.performance is really awesome.but the problems with this device is the battery life is average.it lost with heavy using of hd games with full charge it gives 5 hours battery backup.In case of the medium user it gives about 9-10 hours.In case of low user it gives 2 days easily.observe that when it was heating then only the battery was reducing due to snapdragon 615 octacore device which is the 64 bit.it is an octacore device.i believe the htc it is brand in entire world.so In future they can give latest ota operating system updates.if they can't provide we are manually install operating systems like cyanogenmode etc in the xda website,then definetely it gives the great battery backup and reduce heating issue with any operating systems in future.so final to conclusion don't miss this phone it will help you lot in future.so in case of my opinion please trust htc they can give the good hardware when compare to other anroid devices.

bonna, 14 Mar 2015which one is better ? htc desire 820 or sony xperia c3 duel?Plz go in for HTC 820 dual bcoz it has 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal with 13 MP camera. C3 dual has 1GB RAM 8GB internal and 8MP camera

Does anybody here experiencing a sudden blackout/switch off? I'm experiencing it quite a few times now. I still have 30%-40% of battery. I tried to play a game (ds emulator) or some game apps, then it suddenly shuts itself off. When I tried to restart the phone, the battery is reduced into 0-20%.
The recent issue (as of this moment) is I still have 60% battery, tried to open a game, it shuts down by itself, i tried to restart it, the battery reduces into 0%.
Can anyone help me out here? Thanks.

Very good and nice mobile.Battery backup is good no hanging no signal problem voice clarity is good.Good phone in price group. 4g,dual sim,memory card supported and OTG supported very very nice phone*****.

3. No overheating problem as others are reporting
I suggest go for it. I had an iPhone and I'm not missing anything by having HTC now.

I am using this handset for last 6 months nw......no issue at all.....pple saying overheating please check ur facts first.....temp of battery going above 45'c is overheating....no smart phone work without temp....grt phone for games,movie,selfie nly rear cam does give grt pics in night.....day light pics r awesome.

[deleted post]really dnt go for it honest review. has used this phone for 3 months. then has to sell becoz of very poor battery life and heating issue...and camera quality is also not good. htc desireb820 is good only on paper... better go for one plus one... best deal...
