One of my friend bought this before 3mnth .upto know he had to claim the wwarranty ttwice bcz of malfunctioning mike. We dont know the reason behind it.4n is pretty awsome.bt durability of mike is not good

I know and believe that you have all the resources to release update 6 to this powerful device.
Please note that is newer and better than desire 820.
Also note that it has more users than 820.
Your prompt action will be so helpful.

You dont pay attention , i wrote in my last comment that my devices is desire 820s not desire 820 because those people who have desire 820,820n,820u receive their uodate but only this config didnt catch this uodate,

We would regret to inform that there is no software update for HTC Desire 820 Dual Sim as if now and we would like to inform you that in India, we do not have Global warranty support hence out of country devices will not be considered in warranty. We would also like to inform you that support for out of country phone is very limited in India.
Any services required for Overseas Handset are catered by the TVS-E service centers, provided that the phones are not co branded or SIM locked by any network service provider and is officially launched in India.
Please note that there are charges applicable for the repair of Overseas Handset and these charges can be best advised by our technicians at the TVS-E service centers after they have diagnosed the issues on your phone.
Also, we would like to inform you that if the service center is unable to provide support, we request you to contact the support team for the country for which your device is manufactured for further assistance.

You r my favorite brand in smartphones, but after i bought your dresire 820s dual sim, i am disappointed because y when we have a central procces unite like mediatek nt 6752 64 bit in desire 820s but cant use it in new android versin with 64 bit ,and there isnt any update fir this phone until now,please send update for those people around the world who have this phone

Still dont have software update (lollipop/marshmallow) current: kitkat 4.4.4 but its okay for me. I like this phone.

Sony released marshmallow for thier unadequate specs ohonesbs compared to htc D820s....
Then why not this phone!!

please release marshmallow update for this pretty lovely device(desire 820s)..
its a very good phone for those who use it for research work.. official work..
m an engineer n can tell..
well if we talk about phone's camera then its clearly 70-80%worthy.... because pics went pixelate when zoom.... samsung is worth in camera clearity....
BESIDES Music player is not so impressive clearly.. no offence.. it doesnt go 3D surrounding waves.. m a hardcore music lover.... waves help me to think..
i was samsung galaxy ace user first..
OMG that hangy device gives so satisfactory ear loving music... just iphone equiliser..
but clearly htc doesnt go to that level...
so hey htc buyers dont be sad.. use black player from play store.. it is awsm..
also ringing capacity of phone works with some choosy tones which have no bass waves..
ANOTHER LAST trouble....
phone is made up of plastic body..
which means if u r wearing jeans and putting 5.5 inch phone in it.... u gonna broke ur touch..
screen wont broke but touch womt work again..
and its touch n screen is sandwiched so u have to buy new screen of 8500 rs.... shaked :D
but its true.. i have broke touch twice under gaurantee....
Plastic body resists to ride on bike with this phone in pocket..
so made phones back metalic..
After that....
phone is cool guys..
no lags..
ultra multitasking..
MARVELLOUS. battery backup....
6 hours straigjt on internet 3G
no hang..
DIALER HANG PROBLEM
guys it is not phones problem..
it happens due to whatsapp..
whenever ur dialer hangs up..
just uodate ur whatsapp..
YES WHATSAPP MAKE HANG THE DIALER!
i experimented n found it myself!
BUT htc please release marshmellow..
and yes also made metalic curved pouches for this phone atleast we can carry it anywhere while riding safely!
