I'm somwhat disappointed, the device comes with so many preinstalled apps that some people might not need and there is no way to transfer preinstalled apps without rooting the phone... hoping that manufacturers gives the user more option to personalize the apps that can be installed on the fone to free the memory

I bought this mobile in the month of Mar 2015. Mobile got very nice camera but images are too sharp sometimes.. kind of artificial lights are added.. in day lights images are super clear.. One of the problem i faced is phone gets heated. HTC has to resolve this issue. Also no software updates for this model. According to my knowledge HTC M8 n other high end models getting the updates.

I also facing prblm in htc 820.same prblm facing all time .there is no sim detect in sim 1. 3 time i submit my mobile in service center but prblm not solved from three months .
please dont purchase htc.its worst service quality in india.
