did any one get update for device i have software version 1.03.400.4 , check your software version if you have this means you have update version 1.05.400.1, tell us is that update is software patch or android version??

KBJ, 19 Oct 2017I have the same problemask htc to replace the device to with other than desire 830 don't go with desire 830 because many 830 has this issue, after i change battery in service center still issue continue, ask highly for replacement not for battery change, ask to htc customer care for replacement not service center, service center will not replace untill issue in there side

Zakiel, 16 Oct 2017Battery sucks, it dies at 70%. when turned back on the batt... morebattery issue change the battery is the only solution,quickly go to service center ask them to change battery, they will not do it at first they will do factory reset and flash the rom but both will not work, i face same issue after i brought this phone after 3 months, now again i am facing same issue. i nearly went 3 time for service center for same issue

Battery sucks, it dies at 70%. when turned back on the battery shown is 1%. this problems happens after 8 month i bought it (still under warranty). this is really really bad

Go to service center and ask him to change the battery
