Plzzzz... moreM8 sucks in camera department. So unless you really need the metal I suggest you go for the desire eye. Might not have the best camera but is better than the m8. Also eye is waterproof.
Performance wise they are approximately the same.

Fantastic phone with the added bonus of being water proof I can not fault this phone one of the best on the market. Only negative is htc's customer service - 10/10 for the phone 0/10 for customer service.
