I really think the features on this are quite off.
It should have a GB of ram.
I think it'll be absolutely incredible though and I'm really excited to see what its going to look like.
I think HTC have a habit of making really ugly looking phones.
Naturally the specs are most important but you don't want to be carrying around an ugly piece of crap.
I'm excited for it :)

I would buy Desire Z successor, which would have same specs as Desire HD2, possibly with a smaller screen (3,8 - 4")

But Incredible S got only 1 GB inside momory. Small memory is a serious weakness of all HTC phones.

would consider it kinda noobish to compare a rumor with a phone thats already on the marked.
if you wanna state the obvious here the processor of this "rumor" phone. Is twice as fast.
If you make a phone with 2.3 i highly doubt that it will not have a front camera seeing as this is one of the main features of 2.3

The incredible S has even more features:
- front facing camera
- better battery
- noise cancelation
- a newer version of Sense
- it reads more music formats
- video calling etc.
