I never expected the HTC will do like this and the seller (LOT Mobiles, Hyderabad) also. The internal memory is mentioned as 4 gb but if you go inside you will see it is less than one gb. When you are calling or receiving from one network then the other network signals are totally blank.
I have done a big mistake by purchasing the piece yester day only and could not see all these things due to hurry. NEVER AND NEVER PURCHASE THE HTC DESIRE U OR other models also as the technology may be the same for all.

This phone is just ahhhh...
I am hating this phone ..
It just keep on re starting and its screen is also very light from a height of 2 inch its whole screen got damaged.....

HI .
My experience with the device is still on. Continued from 11/11/2013. That day HTC service center performed factory reset procedure. The device worked ok (without any application use) for exact 4 days. From Saturday morning (16/11) again same issue of auto restarting. Today morning again called HTC service center and they asked me for a new procedure! i have to go to their service center now with the device.

HTC i brought it 3months back its very good phone there is no any promblem in the phone such a nice phone good to use....

I bought HTC Desire U from Sangeetha Mobile store on 23rd June 2013.After 2-3 days I received one error messages in handset. As per the error message my mobile got restarted many times. network problem. now Its dead. when phone dead i submitted in service center. nobody responding now after many physical follow ups last 22 days. worst service. They have removed promo of desire u from site. you have to search. nobody is going to help me. company is playing with customers.

Hi .
I purchased the Device on 02/11/2013. from 08/11/2013 it started re-starting automatically . the device is not even 15 days old. i called up HTC service center today morning and they performed factory reset procedure and asked me to keep the phone under observation. i know customers consider HTC as one of the best brand in terms of relaibality and Quality. but for me last 2~3 days expereance is some thing different.

My friend bought htc desire u in the morning. After reaching home we realised that the internal memory space is 0.94gb which is not even equal to 1gb instead of 4gb. That's really his bad luck. We calculated apps storage space and otherspace . . But it's not total to 4gb. We don't know what other problems we have to face.
Think before purchase.

itz a horrible phoe.. i didn't use it more than 1 month it got swtichd off.. n now it is dead. repairing people say the mother board is gone. i have no clue y should it go when it is brand new. never got this much problem before. samsung , nokia best. don't try

Hello friends i have purchased this phone last day. but i have not satisfied this phone phone as well look very very beautiful but a working on very slow i have gift for my wife this phone please you don't try this gift phone my old micromax a 87 phone or work good.
