Desire v At 16 k is reasonable, the main disadvantage i feel is that it does not support HD videos and it doesnt have a secondary camera, rest all features is good an reasonable

The price for htc desire v just dropped down to 16k (300$). On this price this phone wins the battle.
on prevoius price of 20k u can xpect litle more but on this price it is convincing to buy.
Samsung galaxy s duos looks a cheap phne like samsung galaxy y. built of plastic

w/ regards to dual sim. Can HTC answer the following. If connecting to an inet does the other sim can do the following?
1 received in coming call and texts
2 when receiving a call from sim1, can sim2 received texts or call
3 is desire X 2sim has dual standby
4 what is the default sim. 1 or 2

I can't recieve any call on both sim, once sim one is connected to mobile data...no call ever comes in. will this phone ever upgrade to jelly bean? htc please fix this.

Hello every 1.I am having this problem with my htc desire v,once am makimg call with any of the sim,the other went off automatically...I can't see incoming calls from the other line or see missed calls while am making use of any of the sim....unlike other dual sim phones,if you are making call with sim 1 for instance,you can also see incoming calls and missed calls from sim 2.any 1 with idea on how this work on htc desire v pls???

I have the phone for 2 months now and I like it. Had some issues with performance deteriorating. This is how I solved it:
Go to Settings > Power and uncheck the Fastboot option. Reboot the phone.
Booting and shutting down takes a bit longer but I don't have those long delays anymore.
