Hi i own a HTC wildfire s that i bought 3 months ago, although it has been in d market for a while, but price is still stiff in Malaysia, for a reason. My experience: first time on HTC, its spec might be bit low but guess what, performance n hardware is good at d price! I hv bn using Samsung, nokia, LG and now HTC and i realize both d LG and HTC is equally good phone, although Samsung might looks better. So dont judge d phone by its appearance n spec, try it to find out!

Good luck!

ashu, 08 Jul 2012guys plz suggest.....vich is better....samsung galaxy s adv... moreWhithout even thinking about it, "Samsung Galaxy S Advance" is the best. But this not the question you should be asking yourself, what you really need to understand is that these are different phones. Samsung is a single card phone, instead, HTC is a dual sim. As per spec sheet and performance, "HTC Desire V" is the equivalent, more o less, of the "Samsung Galaxy S", the very first of the Galaxy series. Bye

Battery life is good 1 gb for applications

still I felt is slow while playing apps I used tubemate a lot when I download movies it mostly shows error (video hangs) have to restart it again n again

its a good dual sim phone but looking for best

I found a review written by a owner of the phone:
                http://www.techenclave.com/reviews-previews/htc-desire-v-dual-sim-134454/

looking forward to more "technical" reviews

Excellent!Features packed! This is a game changer in an android dual sim phone to hit the market. I have used some few duals, but the battery for HTC desire-V stands out and does not drain out quickly, the set does not overheat while browsing. However, i wish the phone had come with these features added
                  (1) 8 megapixel camera or more
                  (2) Radio transmitter for music lovers
                  (3) 312 ppi display density as in HTC One X

HTC Desire V is nice but not superb, 4/5 stars for me. Also, its internal memory is only 1gb instead of it being 4gb, my supplier said that the 3gb went to the system. In short, something seems to be wrong. But still, it's classy, handy and easy to use :)

The phone is having bug, it forms white dot in lower region of screen. visible only in white background
Happened to my two HTC desire V

do check your phones and get then replaced if they have the white dot

                                        Hello everybody
Just question to people who are using this phone. does this phone have option key(Menu key)? I can't use tons of application regarding this issue. for instance, I have handy safe pro(Purchased version) and impossible add any item because there is not option key. Is it fault of my phone or all Desire V don't support option Key?
