Looking at the specifications,
Good Points :
4-inch display, decent screen resolution,look-and-feel is good (saw review on Youtube today).
Bad Points:
512 MB RAM (Are we still living in 18th century?), No Front-facing camera (so, no video calls using Skype etc), in Youtube review, the phone used to get stuck a LOT! So hardware doesnt seem to be able to handle graphics based games/apps very well !

HTC must be completly crazy to put an Adreno 200 and no HD video recording on a 275 Euro phone!!!

My comment really is about those who have commented previously to mine on the coming HTC Desire V.
Do they know how idiotic and stupid they sound ?
This is a new proposed phone that none of them ever had any hands on experience with yet these experts seek to evaluate it's performance based solely on the mentioned specs.
Don't they know that you can have a phone with superior specs but it can perform worse than it's lesser endowed counterpart ?
It should be apparent to these so-called experts that it's the combination of specs, user interface, ergonomics and a host of other features that contribute to a quality product.
You demented clowns need to just shut to hell up and refrain from commenting just to be critical or commenting for just the sake of commenting.

Given that all otherdual sim androids have such poor specs, I think this should sell pretty well. I've been through dual sims phones from likes of Samsung and LG among others, but i find faults in dual sim implementation, buggy software, slow hardware. I'm looking forward to dumping my current dualsim android for HTC's offering

medicore spec with bloated skin
why bother! even Desire S is enough for this segment. Oh wait how about Galaxy Ace, no how about SE xperia neo...

its prob called a desire cause it is just a desire from 2009 with a dual sim, it will never sell as much as the original desire through

Lol Adreno 200 GPU, Just like my old Xperia X10i, Feel so sad about it having no Hardware acceleration, they should have at least used the Adreno 205.
