Its is a cdma phone most likely the model u got doesnt use a sim card you need to bring it to acarrier for them to activate it on their cdma network

ERNESTO, 19 Sep 2013i have the problem that the phone force to closed time to t... moreyes i do have the same problem with my Htc mobile, once if it stucks it will not reboot gor arround 15-20 mintues of the time its becomming a lot of headache for me,
