3. then choose mobile networks
4. then network mode
5. after that choose gsm only
now ur mobile gonna use 2g only

i recommend this phone a lot. Except its battery life, its a 4.5 star phone-i have been using it for 6months,i am impressed considering the fact that i really wanted an iphone 4s at 1st. Good bargain for money too. Don't think twice before buying this phone people.
