I liked it, had no real issues with it except reception. I recommend watching the youtube video on making a simple aerial to improve this. Great price and takes good photos.

I update my phone to ics through oTA from 1st day of buying. But its restarts automatically sometime even when its sleep mode. I search internet for solution but see that many peoples have same problem. Any help????

I bought an HTC incredible s with stock Rom( 4.0.4) just last week and my screen has been flickering ever since. the touch screen at times does not respond unless I press the power button. please is it the 4.0.4 Rom or it is a hardware problem? I really need help

everything is ok with mine, the problem is the charging port... dnt knw where to take it coz I bought it in Japan & I'm in SA...

you must be using your phone roughly. smart phones are durable at times, but can be delicate as well.

mr. butterfly dont be oversmart i had bought a new set 6 months ago and i am facing these problems till now if you are not facing these problems that does not mean nobody wil face these problems search through internet about these problems you will find out many users are facing these problems and for your kind information this set has been discontinued by verizon because this set has many technical problems and how can you say that we have bought a second hand set.

thanks everyone.actually my HTC cable was faulty, damaged one, purchased new cable & nw it's working super fine. no problems. lov HTC incredible S.

I have this phone for almost 1.5 years, and seriously i have no problems at all. Nothing was been broken ever since. so probably the people above have bought the phone from bad websites orso.

Dont buy this phone.This phone has many problems.I also have this set for almost 6 months.When i brought this phone,it worked properly for two months then i faced charging port issue,the phone did charge while the phone was connected with the charger and till now i am facing these problems and these problems are not only i am facing,this is the problem of every htc incredible s user.Search through internet about these problems you will find out this set sucks.

This is a full worthless, hopeless, useless cell......if u buy this cell..wait for few months and the cost of ur phn will b double since u will b repairing this very often....so kip ur pockets hot....
PROBLEMS: touch, network ic, charging, red light from flash, heats up like anythng.....so....stay off this phn...its not a phn..its a lifetime tax by htc...drain ur money as much as u can....
