AnonD-4293, 21 Mar 2011hi all. im seriously in a big dilemma. should i get the inc... moredun wait for the dual core phones... u wont utilise the power of dual core as the programmers have yet to design programmes and apps that maximise the usage... why pay big bucks for the 1st generation?

rynn , 20 Mar 2011Where is HDMI port? no way!!Yeah right, your Nokia N8 has one eh?

Why dont the n8 just come forward and admit they were fooled, instead of going on forever about the HDMI and USB-OTG, like duracell rabbits?

Its good, and its reviews shoes that SLCD is a win, just as all Desire Z owners already knew, these things are much better than AMOLED and SAMOLED, finally also others are starting to see that the AMOLED hype was based on contrast alone and didnt take color reproduction into consideration. Galaxy S is still the greatest example of a fone with bad screen being hyped as good. I mean, the thing has blue instead of white, wat was ever so great about that?

SLCD is by far the best, im so happy that HTC didnt listen to the boys screaming for AMOLED.

HTC India official website does not say that it can play Divx/Xvid moives out of the box. By the way which is the best free divx/xivd movie player in the android market?

As we know its a very tough choice between the htc hd and the htc incredible however there is a way of making the right choice and it only takes around an hour to prepare so heres what you need to do=
                          Ingredients
                          330ml/11½fl oz French cider
                          300g/10½oz plain flour
                          2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
                          1 tsp mixed spice powder
                          1 tsp ground cinnamon
                          pinch freshly grated nutmeg
4 apples, peeled, core removed, grated
                          150g/5oz soft dark brown sugar
                          150g/5oz melted butter
                          2 free-range eggs
                          200g/7 oz golden sultanas
                          100g/3½oz pecans, chopped

                          and then follow these steps=
Preheat the oven to 180C/360F/Gas 4.
Place the cider into a pan over a high heat. Bring to the boil and cook until reduced by two thirds.
Sift the plain flour, bicarbonate of soda, mixed spice powder, cinnamon and nutmeg into a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the apples with the sugar and butter.
Add the eggs and reduced cider to the apple mixture and stir well.
Add the spiced flour mixture to the apple mixture and mix well.
Add the sultanas and pecans and fold together to combine.
Spoon the cake mixture into a 20cm/8in spring-form cake tin and bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean when pushed into the centre of the cake. Turn out the cake onto a wire rack and leave to cool For the mascarpone cream, whisk together the mascarpone, cream and cinnamon in a bowl To serve, place slices of cake onto plates and spoon the mascarpone cream alongside.

and then boom htc hd and a yummy healthy apple pie for to, pukka

hi all. im seriously in a big dilemma. should i get the incredible s NOW or should i wait for the release of the dual core phones? i can currently get the incredible and i do own an N97 which i can trade in which will reduce the cost of my incredible s to $98. However, I'm afraid that if i wait for the dual core phones, the price of those phones might be a tad too expensive(as my n97 trade in price might drop in months to come). so what should i do? someone please help me! this will be my first android phone by the way.

I was waiting for a mobile like this one. All touch buttons, 4 inch screen, 8MP camera and HTC sense. Great combination. But I don't see SAR values on most of the mobile phones specifications. Isn't SAR value specified on the box. Can anyone tell me the SAR value of this mobile ?
