I am also using same phone, but i didn't find any updaye for ICS yet. Even i tried to check manualy update in "about phone" menu.
Can you please tell me , where i can get this update??

AnonD-62214, 16 Jul 2012It is not officially announced by HTC abt the ics update al... more@dj_soni - It is official. The ICS update for Incredible S is out. It is being released in batches based on CIDs (Your CID number will be below the battery). For India the CID is HTC_038. So assuming that HTC is proceeding in sequential fashion, we would be getting the update in India after 37 other countries have received it. Do the math for how much time it will take! :P
I am assuming that we would be getting it by week 4 of July.
HTC India's facebook page has not provided any confirmation yet. Though I have asked them personally a couple of times now.
@someone_who_wanted_to_know_how_to_get_an_antivirus_on_his/her_phone - Visit the Google Play Store, search for Lookout Security and install. It's that simple. :)

R we really going to get the update r not ,still how many months r we going to wait for just an OTA it is looking like that it is going to enter an unauthorised,no entry border.it really sucked up mann

Em waitng in pakistan no update which netwrk u using in pakistan y its nt coming to me wts da matter evry tym i chkd manualy it said no updtaes u r up to date....em waitng fr updatee kindlyy share ur views
