My phone suddenly turned off after updating Google Maps application. After that when i tried to switch on it does no get powered on. I am getting 7 times vibration sound but the display does not appear. Has anyone else faced the same problem? Please reply me with some steps to perform to start my phone again..

nitesh , 18 Apr 2012buy it or not is it a good phone..???Yes it is a great phone, fast, excellent camera, great colours, and very sturdy phone, I used ti have one, took some abuse but stayed like new and never had any problems

Official 4.0 update is not going come in near future. Its better to root & Install custom Rom. Currently using Icecold Sandwitch 7.2 which I think is most stable 4.0 Rom available now.

Single core, Internet browse on any JavaScript or banner display flash almost not response. Battery time shorter than other dual core phone. Task management is poor, every time need manual kill background apps. Next time I will go for samsung, not htc anymore

I wouldnt recommend upgrading any phone to ICS. First of all there isnt any major upgrades in ICS. Phone performance will change, will become a bit slower and also there would be some bugs for sure.
Instead of upgrading buy an ICS phone.

hey guys i have it updated it to 2.3.5 and htc sense 3.0 (last up yet) but after the download as i tapped install update now it restarted and its like this since then:
