An April release of Android 4.0 with HTC Sense 3.5 for the HTC Desire S, Desire HD and Incredible S. 1- be connected with internet "via wi-fi or usb"
2- menu > settings > about phone > system software updates > check now
3- if it avilable, it will starts downloading
4- when it finish downloading, will ask you to start setup the new software
5- when it starts, dont turn you mobile off, it will takes from 10 min to 25 min

Honestly, 2.3.5 & sense 3.0 make screen looks gorgeous, but difficult to deal with old styles. Fonts are not so clear & calender is difficult to handle.
