i can not recieve a text on the HTC Incredible S unless i restart the phone, this happens every time someone texts me. anyone know whats going on?

the battery life is terrible...though i have turned off all the back ground data stuff...it will only last me half a day on the battery without any talk time included. i have to carry an extra battery + charger. Will never get another HTC.

When i saw my officemate's unresponsive 5800has better quality thats when i decided to sell my ace. The screen of ace is bad. It has to have high brightness but when u do the battery goes like crazy. A full 2 hrs of wlan internet means i have to charge again. How i am using desire s and i am very happy with it. Desire s and incredible s exactly the same except screen and camera. So that wud bea nice upgrade for your ace. But if i were u i'll wait until march or feb next yr. Coz htc releases tons of phones in those times.

I used this phone since March till now.I love it very much but just if it can upgrade to htc sense v3 then perfect.. and I don't know why my htc sense keep on force to close. But i still love it..~

So Sony Ericsson lineups are getting ICS update in march....wid their specs same as ours.wch means incredible s can suppord ICS too.Now all depends on hTC.pray for it guyz...!!

vasanth, 28 Nov 2011Does anybody have network issues with HTC Incredible S? Act... moreHard set your phone first and then select the proper network type ( if GSM select only GSM or else WCDMA rather than auto). If still the problem persists, you may have to upgrade your radios.

By the way, what is the baseband version?

Does anybody have network issues with HTC Incredible S? Actually i face some problem. When making a call or receiving a call sometimes the mobile network suddenly goes to nil and then the call gets disconnected all of a sudden. By that time the caller ID remains as unknown for a few seconds. Then again the network picks up and comes to normal and i am able make calls. This problem happens to me 2 to 3 times a day. Even i have once reset the settings and checked. Still the problem persists. Does anybody have a solution for the same.
Please let me know at the earliest.
