Hi Guys,
I'm looking to buy a phone within the price range of 25K. So i searched and narrowed down my search to Samsung Galaxy R and HTC Incredible S. I am looking for a good camera, good music and ample memory. also i'm concerned about the after sale service, availability of spare parts and re-sale value for Samsung and HTC.
Please suggest which phone to buy.
ppl plz reply back asap as i might get a new phone today itself.

i was really in love with this phone ..let me say it was love at first sight the moment i saw it i couldnt stop thinking about it..when i bought it the first week i noticed sth wierd lke network problems then software problems ex it dint have the market app quck office, i went and changed the the os it seemed outdated. it was awesome ..now after using it for three months i started receiving many error problems i had to reset factory settings it was well after two weeks guess what now it was showing clockwork mode ..poor me :(. am so stressed my darling phone is literally dead .it doesnt boot up at all..its dead am thinkng of a good send off.sob sob me !!!!.i cant magine i used all my savings and here i am so fckd up. plz help people!!

M... moreDon't go for any model of htc y bcoz 1)camera will be big but no clarity 2)sound will be low 3)1ghz r older phones r not going to get the latest os update 4)no 3g video call facility 5)battery always low

giri, 08 Nov 2011HI friends i brought this mobile 15 days back.. in 3 days ... moredude ... u can check if it was updated or no ..... cz i also had the problem of signal drop and after i updated it to 2.3.3 no probs wat so ever !

HI friends i brought this mobile 15 days back..
in 3 days i got singal drop problem and went to service center . really got shocked by seeing out of 10 customer 5 customers are came with same problem and after 2 days i got my mobile back from service center u wont belive that they didnt do any thing and given back to me. i asked them wat was the problem for that they said problem with software and they upgraded it but i didnt find any think they upgraded and all my contacts,application even msg also ter ..:( and still that problem not solved ...so my request is not to buy this mobile

Sam, 07 Nov 2011I have downloaded skype and i want to make a video call can... moreI have had the Incredible S (Still love it when people refer it to as Incredible *behind* which makes SENSE somehow) - okay no more puns! - but like I said, I have had it for nearly a month now and it performs very well (i upgraded from an Xperia X1i - WinMo device though).
Video calls on Skype are excellent - no lags whatever - even though I am on a slow 1Mbps wifi connection. :( I am waiting for the ICS update because I still feel this phone will get ICS - albeit a little late. :)

I've had this phone for 4 months now and it really is incredible, I have had no problems and it seems to run very smoothly, its a bit expensive but its definitely worth it. The battery however, is far too small for the screen size so I have to charge it every night.

They didn't say incredible s isn't getting it. In fact I can pretty well guarantee it will.

Guys..who are thinking to buy this one...just go for it...got mine today..and the phone is superb..amazingly fast...and screen is AWESOMEST....camera is kick ass and yeah i got SILVER AND WHITE model....which is faaaar better frm black one....go for it thumbs up...:D

The phones that were announced in the statement are HTC's latest series of phones that they have used to replace the previous series. This does not mean phones like Incredible S, Desire S and possibly Wildfire S are not getting ICS. Keep in mind that the ICS will need to be compatible with lower end phones as well as dual core phones in order to sustain Android's competitiveness. I hate it when companies give ambiguous statements but the one given recently was clear..
