How come my HTC Inspire does not has UNKNOWN SOURCES on my application.My provider is AT&T.Where to bring my HTC to get this Unknown sources in my HTS Inspire?

I was using unlocked htc inspire 4g att whish is same as desire hd for the last 10 months in india. Everything is fine except few things. The absence of front camera and the main thing is i cant use 3g service for internet browsing.I enquired about this issue and came to know that the problem is with band width as my fone is 1900mhz but the network is 2100mhz and cannot be fixed this problem.If any one has fixed this problem in india then pls inform me.

Pls.,how can I unlock my htc phone? My daughter was playing with my phone and she tried to unlock it severally using the pattern code. Now it's asking me to unlock using my google mail and i' ve forgotten the username and password. HELP!!!!!
