It doesn't matter if your phone says desire hd after rooting. mine does and it still functions the same as before after rooting.

hi my HTC model is Inspire 4G but when i root this ph it always show my model as desire HD so i can't root
my ph is at&T version if there isn't software update available for my country???

Hi all,
I got this phone recently and I love the way it looks and performs, but when I check the OS Verison it is android 2.2.1. may I know if there is any way we can upgrade the OS on the device. some of my friends say that IC Sandwich is not an amazing one and they still prefer gingerbread. if you dont like the htc inspire you need to read the manual or something its an easy phone to use and it can do anything the iphone can do ive had mine for about two years now and love it ive had a lot of smart phones and the inspire is the best by far

I absolutely hate this phone. I can't find one good thing about it. It freezes when more than one text is sent to me. The retail texting app refuses to load texts. I have to download another, and that fails too. The phone just doesn't do what a phone should. I can't stand it. I hate everything about this phone. I need a new one, like, now.

my phone only gets edge type of network.i have tried 3G but it doesnt show up.its costing me more to use edge network.is the htc aspire 4G compatile with kenyans 3G safaricom network

its very easy tranfer u r old mbl data in Inspire 4G .
Tranfer data is icon in the software .Go there and select u r mobile like e72, e6 and select and tranfer.

I have recently bought this new set and now I want all my old sms in my old phone nokia e90 to get transfered in my phone but its not accepting it.Can I know the reason please??????

It's a good phone as well. But the worst this is battery backup . I agree all the Android phones having same battery backup .. u.can compare this phone with respect to other phone but if ur using without using whatsapp and internet then battery will work perfect ..

worse phone i ever bought thought blackberry was lame but this was the worse 350 ive ever spent the camera works sometimes i have to remove battery and put it back in...and how do i close apps that are open

to update to gingerbread go to www.HTC.com , select the phone model. When page opens click the support and downloads tab. you'll find upgrade file there .

I have this phone since 7/24/2012,it's a great phone exept for the battery.I have to charge it 2 or 3 times a day!
