Hie please... have had my legend for about 3months now when I press a function it does not respond or it just goes to desk clock or it zooms until I restart it... I love my phone please help

hello, i had HTC Legeng, but when i using at once 2G(mobile) i 3G(internet), the mobile connection interrupted and the subscribers who seek me give them that my phone is off :( and I cant make registration in the Android Market :( Гenerally can not use the Internet on the phone . If i update the software the phone will be fine and will be able to use this service

My HTC legend battery runs less then a day, with normal usuage. Is it that the phone has bad battery time or there is something wrong with my battery?

Got this phone the other month seems to be very laggy at times and crashes , also battery is quite bad. Anyone know how to upgrade? Im so newn when it comes to phones. TIA
