Anonymous, 15 Nov 2010how u do that??? update to froyo...just clicked check for update and i found it ... but i heard it's only now for vodafone branded legends ... and couple of days it will go for every legend ..
it's amazing bringing live wallpaper - flash light - apps to sd and much more ..

Hi all, i'm thinking of getting the legend and i heard it will be getting the froyo update soon.

I'm curious if the 600Mhz processor will be enough to run the Froyo...

Considering that most handsets with Froyo or getting the froyo update have 1Ghz processor i'm worried 600Mhz won't be enough to run the OS smoothly/reliably.

Any comments or opinions? suggestions?

I see loads of people complaining about Froyo not coming for Legend.......

Why so panic guys root ur phone and load any 2.2 based custom that is far far far better than stock software.

Anyone know if the recently manufactured legends still use AMOLED?
Also does anyone know if the new phantom black legend will feature the amoled or slcd?

Flo, 11 Nov 2010How can I make appear the last sms to be the first one from... moreits a bug from the last update ... but don't worry froyo is on the way and it will fix everything .. for now you can download handcent sms from the market it's amazing app and much better than the original app ..

This phone is probably one of the better built android phones out there. As far as features go, it exceeded my expectations in every way apart from the camera. It has a 5MP camera and the photos it takes are fairly good however for a phone of this caliber I expected HD video and its not!. Also processor could be a tad faster, at 600MHz its very fast but not as fast as Nexus 1 or Iphone 4(1GHz). The one piece aluminum uni-body is great it makes the phone very impact resistance which definitely add value to the phone.

Overall, great phone, stylish look, very resistant, Android 2.1 Amazing! waiting to get 2.2 on Legend. I would give this phone a 8.5/10 (due to processor speed and video camera)
