Having problem with connection after been used for two months... the line was cut out during calls.

It's oficial. No froyo aka android 2.2 for HTC Legend. Reason: processor to weak :(

This phone is better than the iphone 3GS no doubt about it. I own this phone and its awesome.

Good design, OS is strong but pretty much same design on any Android 2.2 phone, screen excellent, call quality good. Major major downside however is that wireless is extremely weak. I bought myself this phone and my wife a wildfire. The wildfire is consistently 30% stronger and more reliable. Given this phone is made to stay connected I'm real disappointed in this major design flaw. I've been using smartphones for over 15 years in as a product manager for some major cos. including HP and Microsoft. This sort of problem should not happen = iPhone problem for Apple but with no solution.

How to solve the internal memory problem? Out of 385 Mb the major part is used by OS and rest 125 mb is only availabel for apps. please help.

It is simply best phone in budget and get experience of Android power. Internet is so fast single strength some times week..but call quality is even best evenwhen signal is weak.I think it misses only secondary camera & android 2.2. HTC makes best phones.

Anonymous, 12 Aug 2010I am looking out for a phone in 20k range & came across... moredecent phone, though the signal strength may not be the best and when calling the call quality is quite decent. Battery usually lasts one day but if you use it very carefully im sure you can take it off for another day or so... (but only on a full charge of course). Secondly the WiFi and Bluetooth seem good and otherwise okay not the best, actually i haven't really tested the bluetooth (only on one occasion), then again the wifi is an everyday thing and it does good. Sometimes it starts to glitch and end up disconnecting at times when you really needed it
BOTTOM LINE:
this smartphone looks great, throws great call quality, and offers good apps to pass time, but alas fails with signal strength and sometimes screws with the WIFi...

I am looking out for a phone in 20k range & came across Legend, i want to ask how is its Battery life, bluetooth & wifi detection(i use Wifi daily), are there any major problems with this. Also how is Legend when compared to Wildfire & HD mini. And what is the current approx pricing.
Have heard that HTC's service backup & parts availability isnt as great, is this true?
