it will not stand long unless:
provide better batterylife,
HTC known very poor batterylife... 1500mah with 3.8" screen is totally sucks, cant last to 2 days long...2200Mah is a acceptable battery.
provide more Ram to run, at least 512 Ram or more
if possible 800Mhz CPU.
thus this unit will stand years long.
must 5MP camera

MAX 4G is the only unit competitive enough to challenge Samsung Omnia, nonetheless (Nokia N97 is fairly competitive). In mobile supremacy, Omnia and MAX 4G are the best (mainly because of Windows OS platform). The Office applications helps a mobile unit versatile but supreme in many ways..

ppl are crazy... i think HTC is growing at a very good pace and if only they could somehow get cost efficient and sell at par with nokia and sony ericsson... theres no chance it wont do well... but the reason is it does not target the whole market... and again... the style and new sleek designs by them... hats off i mean really... what i expected off from Nokia or Sony ericsson... HTC is proving to be more Market orientated
awesome phone... looks too good

Undoubtedly, this unit is second to Samsung Omnia in seek of versatility, mobile omnipotence (nonetheless) and as one of the few true iPhone 'killers'.
