Let me clear one more thing I'm using 4g with no problem since I bought this phone.
4G works on sim 1.

I'm using it since 2years, still working in good condition and I want to sell it now because there's no cdma network,and this phone doesn't support 4g LTE.

Well i can say its the best phone ever. I have been using it for more than 3years now. :D
No battery issues or for that matter any issues yet. Yes when i bought a new one i had colour screen issue with in 6months, but i asked for a replacement phone and got one :) and its been running and doing well for past 3yrs. So yes i would recommend it. See to it that you completely discharge the battery everytime you charge.

*i have received preparing update to upgrade to android 6 but this software update didn't complete always and go to black screen, please advice?

I'm surprised by some comments talkin about issues on videos or FB.
After 2,5 years it's working perfectly and I see no issues.
I'm looking at the coming phones and still don't know which one to get to replace it.
A friend adviced me HTC when I bought it, I know why now.

M8SD e8 will not work on 4g network, m8sw or other versions which were outside purchase will be working with4g. You can find your version on box.

I could hardly watch video in my HTC One E8 phone especially in Facebook posts. Many times, Facebook app is not responding.
