Even though I did have a few view points in favor of HTC, I did say that the delay in releasing is not justified unless they have found a critical bug. At least I am not going about spreading rumors and making people believe they'd get at sometime and then make them feel disgusted about the OEM. About the non-prioritizing update, it's absolutely baseless as I have said in my previous example!

I'm getting software update 2.35.425.9 which says part 1/2 ( this interim update will prepare your device to install android 6.0 )
Once completing the update and trying to install I'm getting redirected android system recovery With options reboot ...apply update from adb ...wipe date ...factory reset ...reboot to boot loader etc ...I read some where I should go to reboot to boot loader , selecting this option takes me to another page says the phon is locked with different options I.e. Hboot .....

AnonD-520188, 31 Mar 2016Marshmallow will be the last major Update that we'll get fo... moreAccording to the specs required for marshmallow HTC one e8 is eligible but according to htc 2 year plan HTC one e8 lies a little outside(but still m7 was supported for more than 2 years).so don't make any assumptions just wait for the official announcement.

Yesterday I received the notification Marshmallow. Before upgrading I wanted to know if someone has already done to find out if there are bugs, and generally how it goes !! Fast or lags? Battery lasts longer than lollipop?

Marshmallow will be the last major Update that we'll get for our devices. Let's hope that HTC atleast gives us a bug free OS.

AnonD-519943, 31 Mar 2016Please don't take my words personally Apologies in advance.... moreI tested lollipop and it was working pretty well(I didn't tested it for htc devices I just checked the os in nexus).Andover would have provided u the beta marshmallow but tester aren't allowed to give beta version to anyone without permission.and am not here to test anyone patient am here to provide everyone the information I receive about the upcoming update(HTC is not standing on there words).
