Software update:2.33.401.8 (61.19MB) part1/2 . when I tried to install it shows the message " we have determined phone may be running modified version of system software "even though the device is running official HTC android.

Part 1 was about 260 MB an... moreFor those of u who doesn't want to risk restoring all ur app data after factory reset, you can try juz clearing the system cache through recovery. Did that after i played awhile with the new OS. I say it's more responsive now but it might be juz a placebo effect. ^^

                              Got the update today in 2 parts. Part 1 was about 260 MB and part 2 was 1.22 GB. after installing the phone lagged a bit so backed everything up and reset the phone. Now it works as smoothly as before. using HTC One E8 M8SX

                                    Now installing the update 3.07.425.1 in Saudi Arabia. Part 1 was 110mb, part 2 is of 1.04gb. I got the update by manually checking it in "Settings-> About Phone" menu. Backup everything before installing updates. Factory reset your phone after installing the update. It will clear the trash files from the cache, left by Lollipop version.

                                        I have M8Sn variant of this phone bought from Dubai, got marshmallow update 2 days ago, I just realized I can no longer take photospheres with "default htc camera". Can anyone please confirm the status if it is the same?

                                        Android version: 6.0.1
                                        HTC Sense: 7.0
                                        Software: 3.07.401.1
