Dear Sunil
I faced same problem since 4.2.2 software version till now in 5.0.2! when it was 4.2.2, I Had charging problem, I should power it off and then I could charge it! I thought after update to lollipop the problem will be solved, but after that, the phone cant be charged in any conditions! I perform all the solutions offered by professions in the web and HTC center too.
The phone is useless now! just waiting for another useless update from HTC!!! I bought another phone!

Anonymous, 01 Aug 2015I want to buy htc plz advise me Htc m8,m9,e8 or e9+ ? Is betterE8 is the same as flagship m8;the difference is that e8 has not a metal body (but thats why its cheaper than m8) and doesn have dual camera like m8,but e8 has 13 mp camera while m8 has 4 UP camera;everything else is the same.

Same here and factory reset isnt helping guess we'll have to wait for the 5.1 update and wish that this issue gets fixed

Before update to lollipop miracast or screen mirroring was working nicely. But now its unable to connect. What should I do let me know. Anyone plz reply. I do factory reset too.

You can use cdma or gsm in first slot.And gsm only in second slot. itz Very nice phone. You can blindly go for it. M9 also a available for4g. In India 4g All band's not working in HTC e8,826 or m9(good)...for 3g and evdo HTC e8 good option.

I have got some weird issues.
1. Screen keeps rotating in all screens including the homescreen even when the autorotate is off.
2. Loudspeaker turns on when i make or receive a call.
3. Cannot turn on the wifi sharing option.
