I have this phone for 1 week.1st 2 days no problem but after 2days useng the phone its verry heat. Am going to service center but they says its commen problem, no problem. please help me. Its commen problem?

Will both slots be 4G, where 4G is available? On my current dual SIM 3G phone, only one of the slots is 3G; the other is 2G. If I upgrade to this phone, I want both slots to be 4G.

i have this phone for two weeks,. very good phone, no lagging at, very smooth, enough for me for photo, social media, bbm, and etc,. am not use this phone for gaming, btw i just get trouble about network in slot 1, its not recognizing GSM sim card because i accidentally chose the "USA Band" via hidden menu *#*#4636#*#*, try to factory reset it still blank on slot 1,.. any solution ? thx

Got the htc e8 a few days back. the temperature while running facebook chrome is around 36-37 degrees celcius.Tested by using the *#*#4636#*#*.What im talking about is the battery temparature.when left idle its around 30 degree celcius.Is this normal guys?Thank you

As per the link below Only Sprint e8 will be getting the update and unlocked e8 wont be getting any update.. at least in US.
Don't know what will be the condition of unlocked e8 from other countries..
