Wich is better I am confused between HTC one E8 & HTC desire 820 and does update makes it lolipop and is the update available in Egypt ?

AnonD-346850, 31 Dec 2014I am confused....which one is better if i want better camer... moreI don't think there's much difference between these two as E8 is the premium dual SIM smartphones and similarly M8 but for Single SIM. It depends on materials you prefer whether plastic or metal. Even though E8 is plastic it's feels good in hand but M8 is slippery and it gets smudges on the back time to time. Both of them does not have the best camera as E8 is more suited to daylights situations similarly M8 to Lowlights. If you're willing to pay more for the IR blaster,Camera effetcs and Metal design you can go for M8 otherwise E8 is the best option

AnonD-346795, 30 Dec 2014which is better in camera one e8 or moto x2?Both the camera's on E8 and X2 are not the best in the market.I'd recommend E8 as it's better than Moto X2 interms of battery,storage and display(as Moto X has inaccurate colors and poor sunlight legibility).

hello guyz. i am using this mobile around 3 months. so first let me tell you all that in india its the only high end premium mobile that support dual sim functionality with 2g/3g/cdma support in 1st sim slot and only 2g network on 2nd sim slot. let me clear all asking about dual sim functionality. i am using relience cdma truly unlimited plan on sim slot 1 and airtel sim on sim slot 2. cdma is working perfectly fine on slot 1. you can get evdo network where it supported or else u will get 1x network speed. where evdo support i am getting around 170 kb/sec download speed which is roughly 1.5mbps. another thing everyone is asking about wether we can recieve call on another sim when we are calling on another sim. so answer is yes. when i was on my relince sim on slot 1, i got the call during dat call from my airtel sim and when i recieved the call from airtel it put hold to the 1 slot sim on relince network and after disconnecting my airtel call, i was automatically resumed to my previous call on slot 1. so whoever is saying that we cannot get calls from another sim slot during a call is totally false.
Now about the phone battery performance. look guyz its very difficult to say about battery backup bcoz everyone usage and pattern is different. i was geetin around 1.5 days of battery backup whith 30 percent brightness some calls and always or can say mostly connected to my home wifi. but when i switch to my mobile relience evdo network which was very fluctuating at my location. so it can suck ur battery very high and i've got around 12 hours battery backup. so here i want to say that battery backup solely depend on your usage pattern. so yes its an high end set with full hd disply and dual sim supported phone so in my opinion battery backup is good not best but its good.
now the camera part . yes i am agree with most of ppl here that its not as great as samsung s5 or another brand high end set. but its good enough for those like me who click snaps on several occasions and can do decent vedio recording. so camera is good again not best but it serve its purpose very well.
now the reason for which i bought this phone- i am music lover and in this part this phone will definately not disappoint you all. boomsound speakers quality is very good not loudest but loud enough with exceptional clarity and beats. now the most important part is headphone music. i use soundmagic E10 earphone with this. and let me tell you guyz this combo is exceptional. the clarity the beats are perfect and volume levels are as much high as you can imagine. yes htc one e8 comes with htc earphones but i will recommend all music lovers to buy soundmagic e10 earphones for this music monster. and yes remember dont turn on the boomsound during lestening with the earphones bcoz it will spoil the clarity of music. boomsound is design by htc to give best of the speakers of the phone not in earphone part bcoz without boomsound u will get exceptional audio quality in earphones so no need to turn on the boomsound in earphones.
call quality is very loud during calls so no need to worry about that also.
so finally after using my samsung galaxy s2 for more than 3 years. i switch to htc and chose the perfect phone for me. and believe me guyz after using htc one e8 u will not want to go back to another samsung phone bcoz the premium quality of htc and sense UI and yes the dot view support and i m using dot view case with my htc one e8. its just perfect.
At last if anyone wants high end phone with dual sim support and premium quality with great music experience go for htc one e8.

Image quality of Desire 820 is better but in E8 u get more image resolution than 820.
