Hello eveyone...i just wanna ask when sense 6 update will b available for htc one dual sim 802d in India ....is there any one who can tell..pls reply.... And i want to knw who are already using sense 6 ....whats ur experience guys???? Share ur experience pls ...thanks :)

When are we going to get sense 6 update for HTC one dual sim? It been a while since HTC say any thing about one dual sim. it is great phone and need support from HTC.

It is very simple. Just put your sim card in old or some other phone and turn off cell broadcast info option. Then return your sim in new phone. On my HTC Desire 500 there is no option for cell broadcast. After this procedure I do not recives messages.
a) Find an old phone which has an option to enable/disable Broadcast Channels and Messages (in my case its a Samsung D500).
b) Insert the first SIM in that old phone and go to the settings menu for Broadcast messages.
c) At first the Channels and Messages usually appear as disabled. I changed the setting for both Channels and Messages to Enabled in the old phone.
d) Switch-off the old phone and Switch-on
e) Go to the settings menu for Broadcast messages. Change the settings for both Channels and Messages to Disabled.
f) Switch-off the old phone and Switch-on
g) Switch-off the old phone and remove SIM card
h) Do the same steps (a-g) for the second SIM
i) Insert the SIM cards back in HTC Desire XDS
Can u tell me how is battery life of phone.....

As far as Dual Sim Dual Active none of the brands offer the true DUAL ACTIVE phones. Only Samsung offered it vide C3212 and one 6xxx series about 5 years back. Dual SIM Dual SMART Active is a smartly managed call divert feature that will cost you if you pick-up the call. If you are facing prob related to messages which is comiming continsly then u need to turn off self broadcast(message settings)....

The dual SIM facility is NOT like the one on the Samsung. SIM 1 is 3G/EDGE, and SIM 2 is always EDGE. You cant switch via the OS like you can do on the S4 Mini

I bought an HTC one 802w , it comes with software 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) and not able to upgrade it as there is no check for updates button in Settings >> about >>

If you have paid full as a new phone then you have got cheated by the dealer who are selling non-genuine phones. If you have been given any warranty then return it and get New one that should be
