x2x, 16 Apr 2014If you bought the Chinese version, it is rooted in order to... morewell, because the service is so bad in saudi arabia I installed a custom ROM (Maximus) and then kitkat 4.4.2, so the mobile is working perfectly. no problem whatsoever for the last two weeks. i'm happy that it was the software afterall.

I've been using the 802d since March, and I love it.. haven't faced any of the issues mentioned here. Got KitKat on the first day. No network issues, or dead pixel problems.

Hi
I have many problem with this phone(one dual sim)
1-cell broadcast is not available.
2-After update to version 4.4.2 ,while watching clips
throws lag.
3-signal network sim 2 is low and weak.
Version 4.2.2 very good and better than 4.4.2 version
Please help me
I want to enjoy with this phone but i can't :(

worst phone to have. got it paying rs42999. reboots automatically after two months of purchase. full data lost. service centers pathetic. after giving for service no clue about return.pls refrain looking at this mobile at all. cdma+gsm in this sucks.

I have just bought the HTC one M7 802w that was supposed to work with the 3G network band 850 mhz in Latin America but I can not access 3G network here in Panama City. I revise this issue with the Carrier (Service Provider) and the test the SIM Card in two differents phones (Blackberry and Iphone) and the SIM card works perfectly 3G. I will appreciate if anyone of you have faced and found the solution to this issue

Hello,
I have posted many comments here about the sim2 signal problem. Today I went to the HTC dealer in Dubai, they replaced the phone for me. The new one seems good. I can see sim2 strength is very good and always full. I made some calls from sim2 and it seems very good. I think HTC were able to fix this problem, it took them 4 months, but I am now enjoying this machine for the first time.
