BOught at HTC one dual sim its nice but it is buggy with the chinese rom i used this rom Maximus HD here is the link

Can anyone tell me how I can remove the Chinese menu in blinkfeed. I went to settings but I don't have the local content option to change the language . Also when I dial I get the numbers showing on the call but also in chinese can anyone help me on these issues as I love the phone and the two SIM option is amazing
