Battery when i m using works normally bt after charging when i plug out nd when mobile is nt on thn it drains alot eg battery ws 100% whn i pluged off then 5 hours later it came to 55%

I am using HTC one E9+, I inserted SanDisk ultra 32GB SD card when I open gallery a message shows that SD card unexpectedly removed and I can't see any photo etc of the memory card . Advice me please.

Great phone, battery is good enough for me, i use battery saver when surfing the web, listening to music, etc. When it gets android 6 battery will be much better. Great design, very light to the hand. I dont have any performance issues, i was a bit sceptical about mediatek cpu but its performing really well.
I play real racing3 and warhammer 40.000 without lag (without battery saver)

Maged, 19 Apr 2016Its wonderful mobile excepet tow defects, battery life is l... moreYes have the same issue but this already said in the specification that this mobile miss stabilization on photo option so try to get around by taking photo on sport mode ...about battery life there is many software could be in stalled to monitor the power and close the active and not used programs in add-in you active power save mode and manly you can clean any program you close and still in memory

I like this phn veey ... moreOnce your phone gets updated to Marshmallow, you will see an improved battery life. The pathetic battery life situation was the same for my E8 Dual SIM and now post the update, the phone's performance including battery has improved.
Once the update is live, update your phone and then factory reset the phone to improve its performance.
You may just have to wait a few more days for the update to go live.

I have purchased this phone in the month of December, 2015. From the day one i have problem with battery. First time when i started using the phone, battery was discharging very very very fast in front of eyes like a count down timer. I approached local service center & they upgrade software. But, no use. Second time, they changed charging cable & No use. Just one month back sent to HTC main service centre. They changed battery it seems, still my problem is not solved. I am going to approach consumer forum for justice. It is taking almost 4.5 to 5 hours to get full charge.

suren, 05 Apr 2016this is the worst phone i have ever taken, the main problem... moreTurn off notification sounds. Then look on a system tool app. Loads in the playstore. See what apps are running then stop it running by disabling it. Simple really. If you do sort it out, please let everyone know how to fix the issue of they have the same. Thanks and good look

Now that the HTC 10 is out, they are now pausing to give us the Marsh-mellow update for this phone and now Android N is almost out. Are we gonna miss out on Android N too has they are yet to update this phone?

Its wonderful mobile excepet tow defects, battery life is little short and camera images are alwayes shaked like if i shake the mobile when i shoot and it's a great defect. Does any body have the same defect??
