Don't buy this mobile...The battery is a disaster...I am very sad to say this, Because I loved the features and I owned it but I could not handle the very bad battery on this thing so I had to sell it.

AnonD-407752, 03 Aug 2015Thanks for that remark. I was going to order the same. Now ... moreyeah. without cover it looks sunning. but the main reason i bought cover is due to the fact that i handle mobiles roughly when iam at home and infact sometimes in sleep i will be lying above the phone :D.
and regarding the review, he is bit honest and he has made couple of videos including gaming performance and battery life.

Now I'm not gonna cz I'm too concerned about the temperature increase. Dot view case will be impressive on the first few days but will get bored i guess after some time. Without any case this is beast with beauty. And those who are looking for some initial reviews of the phone they can to youtube and search "htc one e9+ j the androidfreak" You guys will find some honest opinion about the phone. He has two three videos explaining the pros and cons of e9+

Charging in Aeroplane mode is not an option. I tried in all possible modes. Tried with extreme power saver mode with aeroplane turned on. Even then the charging rate was the same. If we need to have a higher charging rate, we will have to wait for another software update from HTC. Also I'm not sure whether the software development team of htc have come to know this problem or not. Once they do, hopefully this problem will get resolved

but playing games with cover is not recommended. with cover the temperature reached 43degree, while without cover it never crossed 40 degree.

It took almost 3 and half hours to charge from 0 to 100......plz friends is there any genuine solutions for this....

And it gets heat after half an... moreslight warming of device is normal, but if u are in hot climate then heating up will be more compared to air conditioned environment. in normal usage with in 35degree is normal and for games with in 40 degree is good even though in general terms upto 45 degree is acceptable in smartphones
install gsam app. it will show battery temperature and Screen On Time (SOT)

AnonD-407752, 30 Jul 2015Hehe me too... I'm from kerala but live in (study) chennai.... morewoow...me too from chennai. iam not a fan of screen guards and cases. buit now i ordered dot view, reason being i always wanted to try it since it is exclusive to htc mobiles.
u can remove guards while playing games or heat generating apps. this way there will be better heat dissipation.

I got this phone 2days ago
And it gets heat after half an hour or an hour max. on the internet .. its not overheating but i can feel the heat on my hand .. anyone knows why ?? Is this because the room temp weather of Egypt is too hot or there is smth with thephone itself ??

I'm using a case by the way. The main reason is that it prevents the front glass from hitting the groung cz the case has projected edges on all sides. I know its gorilla 4 but still u know it's a new mobile and i dont wanna take a chance. Without the case it looks and feels awesome.

Htc has not enabled ClearMotion technology which is a special feature of the x10 helio chipset in e9+.

For me it takes 3 hrs for complete charge.it is bit of pain to wait.temperature is around 33 not much while charging.are u using any cases..? It may increase the temperature.and Iam from India.we are in hot climate and still my mobile manages the temperature.u r from ?
