      Hey I got HTC ONE E9+ last week.
      1. I am regularly facing issues on Mobile Data. Even Mobile Data is on, internet is not working. After restart only it start working.
      2. It is very surprising, with Left ear voice quality is tooooo low.
      I hope, HTC guys will find some solution on this with some system update.

        Finally GSMarena agreed it has stereo speaker!
        just to let all know E9+ records 4K in HEVC (h265) format!

            Ok. Just reverted to my older Lenovo Z2 Pro. Reasons - battery backup is really bad (plus no fast charging), Heating up on top of phone during call, one ear clarity issue (left ear) is still on and off, Exchange server cert sync, plus some more minor issues... could have been a wonderful phone esp with the perfect weight and form factor and feel... disappointed.

                I used to own a HTC M7 and 610, but the M7 died. I don't like the music quality, it has a lot of static noise. I only use the Shure 315 headphones, but I want my M7 or even desire 610 bak.

                I told my carrier the phone is bad and got a new one.. still the same. I am very disappointed by the phone... don't feel it's faster than M7.. and the music quality is bad..

                  Unfortunately most of the devices come with FM Radio do not include this feature,i do not understand why.

                  But that's one i can ensure and confirm you it has ,that's the LG G3(D855),it does have FM Radio Recording,my all time favorite phone,HTC should consider add in this wonderful feature.

                    AnonD-409174, 28 Jun 2015both the functions are mostly useless and the design of e9 ... moretotally agreed there one e9 plus design is good. specially side metallic finishing and similarity of front speakers. I wish it comes with ir blaster i miss that feature :(

I am thinking to buy htc one e9 plus, I wanna know if this phone can play any kind of video format? and how about its performance regarding the high quality games as I have heard the GPU is not so good but its processor is better than snapdragon 810 and that of one which is built in samsung galaxy 6. Please answer to my question.

                        ________MY REVIEW ON E9 PLUS______ Hi guys, I have been thinking about doing a video review about HTC One E9 Plus unfortunately I am busy and have not enough time to shoot and edit the video. But I really wanna help you guys. So this will be it. I will not be talking about some unwanted stuffs, straight to the point only..... Display__It is really good with large 5.5" IPS LCD technology. Viewing angles excellent with brightness set less than half and texts are way sharper than required with 534ppi. It gives great contrast level and thus blacks are purer. I have played 4K videos with stunning clarity and liveliness. Sound___The front facing HTC boom sound "stereo" speakers with Dolby's added features produces sound which is loud enough in music and videos. But I felt call sound could be better. When I set external file as ring tone, loudness was low. With in-built tone, it was loud enough to wake me up in any crowd. Call clarity is one small concern as many said. One in 30 calls(approx) found to be disturbed, but I can promise it occurs rarely only. There is no left ear call sound issue, it is because the call sound actually comes from only a certain part of top bezel and if you adjust the phone a bit, it will be clear. Interface___HTC sense 7.0 gave me more than I had expected from it. There is no arguing in this area that no other manufacturer will reach any nearer to this stunning and beautiful UI. There are a wide variety of customizations possible. Anyone will enjoy it for sure. Performance___It comes with the first ever 64 bit true octacore processor from MediaTek and is a beast in multi core performance. One thing to notice; When I ran Antutu Benchmark for a few times and compared it with Galaxy note 4, E9 plus won the game. In CPU, E9 plus scored a very high score far above Note 4. I admit that GPU score was low. But I have played Modern Combat 5, Call of duty Strike Team and Hitman Sniper without any lag and I could switch between other apps even while gaming very smoothly. GPU is good enough to run any game out in the play store for sure. About heating, all the time I played Hitman, the temperature never exceeded 39 degree celsius. There are no over heating issue so far. And multi tasking is extreme fast... Battery life__This perhaps would one of the main criteria for many of you. I really wish I could bring some screen shots. But I can clearly say that the battery life is really good in this device. I have got 6 hours of screen on time which included gaming, watching a full movie of >2hrs length, downloading over WiFi and music. That is pretty close to Note 4. In another cycle, the battery lasted for 1 day and 20 hours with average usage including whatsapping now and then, frequent calls, music and browsing sometimes.... I don't thing someone needs to worry in this regard. moreover, there is extreme power saving mode which is really useful. Sometimes when I enabled this mode battery dropped only 1% overnight. An issue I have to say is "Charging time" from say5-10% it takes slightly more than 2 hours to get charged fully...Camera__ E9 plus is certainly not the phone for photography lovers. Back camera(20MP) gives nice and detailed pictures. The image stabilization or the noise reduction could be improves. Nearly all pictures that I took with this camera are good. Front camera is 4Mp ultra pixel and is best for selfies even in low light. So if you know how to play with different settings, camera department of E9 is no disappointment. By the way I got Antutu benchmark of 49975 greater than Note 4. Build quality and Comparison___ E9 plus is not metal finished but has all the premium looks. I have bought Meteor Grey version but the Gold Sepia may attract public attention. In short the following are the cons of this phone( actually in my opinion it is perfect but these are in comparison with other phones like Note 4, s6 and Xperia Z3);;; 1) GPU benchmark is very low 2)Ringtone volume is little low occasionally 3)No quick charging 4) Camera is not better than Note4 and S6..... Concluding, E9 plus is a great choice if you believe that "what happens in actual practice matters more rather than some spec sheets or some benchmark scores" (whose basis is known only to their developers :)... I donno if I have missed something, but in what I have written above I have put maximum honesty. And it is very unfortunate that some people are deliberately introducing some false thoughts. If you are confused in between E9 plus and other devices like Note 4, S6, LG G4, Xperia Z3,etc I strongly suggest that you better go through some review videos and user opinions in YouTube(Trusted sites only)... Have a great time and Thank you

The speakers are stereo, hell I'm sure. It worked in the video as well(Mx Player)...About loudness, I didn't feel it that low. Actually I don't have any benchmark for comparison. In music player all songs were played pretty loud. If someone feels it to be low, I think it may be because, the higher volumes will cause distortion.

                              Btw, just for my beliefs sake, could you please just test and confirm if the Dual Stereo speakers work on all music playbacks, video playbacks, as well as when the phone is ringing for a call or any such notification?

                              Also, is the sound really as terribly low as reported in the GSMArena review?

                                I donno how this stereo speaker issue came up.... Believe me if u wanna, But I am pretty sure that E9 PLUS IS HAVING STEREO SPEAKERS... I checked it with split sound stereo file... It's really unfortunate to see that even GSMArena has posted the speakers are mono... I wish they shud hv checked them before they wrote sth

                                      As already reported by me I have been using since it was launched and my opinion It scores good on all front say battery camera no lag everything except....... What phone is supposed to be used of voice clarity I have used several phones till date be it Lenovo iphone Lumia etc but voice clarity in this phone is definitely question mark. We have to really strain ourselves to hear more noticeable if you are in outdoor
