Sorry to say but this is my 3rd time request to user of E9+ and sharing or helping someone is good to other person as this will help me and other purchaser to make decission to go for it or not

it's doesn't support CDMA network on any region. You can call again HTC. it's (MediaTek Helio X10 MT6795M chipset) support All LTE band but doesn't have CDMA or EVDO support. Next MediaTek Helio X20 chipset have CDMA support. HTC might be use that on next Phone/Version.

I am using this last 48 hours
PROS -
1.Mild heating no major issue ( last used Vibe Z2 Pro Lenovo)
2.Good to average battery can last day if use continuously
3.FM is there
4.Very light weight.
5.No lag noticed.
Cons
1. No FM recording
2. Major problem with voice clarity as tried at different signal strength and locations .This seems to be major drawback as it's seriously hampering as basic purpose of phone is to make and receive calls.
If you guys have same experience kindly share it.

I dont play heavy games (Maybe in the near future)
But understand that power has to have power ......

Just bought my 1st HTC. E9+ is what I liked. No doubt it's a beautiful phone but the main utility of talking on it is defective. When I place the phone on my left ear , I can hardly understand what the other person is saying as volume is so low. But when I put the phone on right ear, volume is perfect. Took the phone to " Vijay Sales" the seller and the staff there was as surprised as I was to notice this huge drop in volume level in left ear. I called 1800 customer care no. and was advised to visit HTC service centre at Bunglaw Road, Kamla Nagar, Delhi, INDIA. To my shock the executive there, Mr. Manoj told me he can hear properly on the left ear also. I told him that among appx. 20 other customers sitting there, he can choose any 2 customers and make them talk on my phone and if they both say there is no such problem as noticed by me and the seller, I will agree. Again to my shock he said even if all the customers sitting there say they also feel a problem is there, still he will not agree with it. He was so VERY RUDE. If these types of employees are employed by HTC in their service centers, day is not far HTC shall loose most of their customers. I called up customer care no. from there itself and reported everything. I was told to call them after 48 hrs. to know company decision. If company does not change my handset, I plan to approach consumer court. And for sure this will be my 1st & last HTC purchase. IF ANY OF OTHER CUSTOMERS FACE A SIMILAR PROBLEM, PLS LET ME KNOW.

I was using HTC e9+ for last 48 hrs.Hardware performance was excellent,no over heating issue,battery last for a full day even when you are on browsing. Now,things i can't compromise with this phone is with software,1) Music player inbuilt in this phone import photo from our gallery as album/artist image of your songs,you can see yours or your relatives photo among Micheal Jackson,Hans Zimmers album photos!!!!!If possible someone please let me know how to solve this problem,i don't want my or my relatives photos appear as album/artist image!!!2) The button on your earpiece situated near microphone cannot select next song or move forward the song list,when you press that button,it stops the music player,also same for radio,stations cannot select with that button.3)Cell broadcasting messages or cell info messages is not available in this phone,so we miss operator messages!!!! If someone can help me with all this,i will be thankful to you.
