i have a htc one m9+ and my battery last for about 3 hours then takes the same amount of time to charge. i was wondering if this is normal or a faulty battery ( by the way this is of general use )

i want to know about the high end gaming and multitasking performance of HTC one m9 +.
because Mediatek MT6795T Helio X10 benchmark ratings are much lower than Qualcomm MSM8994 Snapdragon 810 (in HTC one M9).

What are u comparing m9+ with? I bought note 4 and returned it because that could not even compete with my m8. M9+ is deffinately better than any samsung phone. Because of sense and colours on screen.

m9 plus owner, 23 Jan 2016i have the m9 plus and i just love this phone. ok the m7 is... moreNew to this forum...bought the HTC M9+ for my sister....just wanted to understand ur take on the battery life one more time in lay man terms....from Wat I understand from ur previous post is that wen ur not using mobile data switch to 2g and wen u need to access Internet then switch to 3g so as to conserve battery usage?

i have the m9 plus and i just love this phone. ok the m7 is my all time favorite, but still after some upgrades the m9 plus works fluid. even though i was disapointed about the mediatek chipset i never had problems whit it and i play heavy games like mkx real racing nova 3 etc never a glitch and the grafics is just beautifull. the m9 plus is the best htc smartphone htc has released in 2015 handsdown.

Hey guys,I've been using m8 for a year,then went for the m9+. What I see are mostly complaints about battery life.
May I remind you this is something ahead of a flagship phone.
They've done everything to give you a super-loaded phone,show some respect!.
That's why they have given an extreme power saving mode, plus a network toggle short key on the drop menu.
Always keep your phone on 2g network in extreme power saving mode,and when u want action, u can toggle the mode & the network & have a lot of juice left in your battery.
I'm using my phone for 2 1/2 days with a single charge this way...
