" Software updates are created by Google and are sent to phone users through carriers. Please contact your carrier for info." I am from india and when asked about the info on the update to marshmallow on one me..i got this as a reply from htc help on twitter..

I don't think so. There are other HTC models such as the M8 that has miracast and the same time updated to MM. I received a software update notification over the weekend thinking it was MM but it was from Lollipop 1.50.709.3 to 1.51.709.2. I was so disappointed

I suspect HTC didn't update 1ME to Marshmallow or Nougat because Google removed Miracast from Android which is used by HTC Connect.

Does anyone know about marshmallow update release date for this phone does any MM come for this advise if yes when?how many months how many years?! ME users are really angry did they tell the truth about marshmallow update or they are liars?

asish, 01 Nov 2016Does it support fast charging??Nothing can be expected from htc.. The company is slower than a snail when it comes to updates.. Htc is becoming an outdated brand. Don know why Google gave this company the responsibility for creating a beauty like pixel.

One ME is a perfect blend of uselessness and disappointment. The update for this phone is no where in sight hence nothing good is gonna happen if u buy this

I have been using HTC Desire 816 Dual sim as well as HTC One ME. I got Marshmallow update for HTC Desire 816 Dual Sim. Haven't receive MM update for One ME

1. Heating ( crosses upto 45 Deg)
2. No VoLTE
3. No Updates Till date and doesn't look company will provide any update
So in my opinion Moto G4 Plus would be definitely a good value for money
